Apply to become a Gallery Drinkware Affiliate and earn money for your organization or for yourself! One simple application is all it takes. It’s easy because we handle all the tracking and payments are automatically sent via PayPal every month.

Potential customers access our Gallery Drinkware website through links and banners placed on your site and social media pages. Customers are tagged with a cookie to signify referral from your site. When orders are placed within 30-days of the referral, your account is credited for a 10% commission. And if your link results in five orders in a 30-day period, you get a FREE GALLERY DRINKWARE BOTTLE OF YOUR CHOICE!

Payouts will be made via PayPal to all affiliates. If you do not have a PayPal account, please sign up for one before applying to become an affiliate.

All affiliates must agree to represent Gallery Drinkware in a professional manner at all times. Affiliates also agree that they are not an employee of Gallery Drinkware and cannot speak for or make any commitments on behalf of Gallery Drinkware.

Must be 18 years or older in order to be a Gallery Drinkware affiliate.

Once accepted, you will be required to provide a Tax I.D. or Social Security Number, as all earnings over $600.00 annually are required to be reported to the I.R.S.

Commission Fees

Payouts are scheduled for the 5th day of every month. Affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 10% for all sales. We reserve the right to reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations and erroneous order duplications. We also reserve the right to defer or refuse commissions for disputed orders or orders we reject and cannot fulfill.

Legal Compliance

All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. Gallery Drinkware reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our Affiliate Program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by Gallery Drinkware or Refersion. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the Refersion network.
